不同品种油用型牡丹的光合与生理特性及其与结实率的相关性分析
The photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of different oil tree peony varieties and their correlation between seed setting rate

Abstract
The net photosynthetic rate (Pn),chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,catalase (CAT)activity,peroxidase (POD)activity were measured in flowering period,and the correlation between photosynthetic and physiological indexes and seed setting rate were comprehensively evaluated,taking 20 oil-used peony varieties selected for preliminary production in Luoyang area as test materials.The results showed that leaves of'Xueranfengcai','Zaoyuanhong','Jingtailan','Fengdan'had higher chlorophyll content,showing strong photosynthetic capacity.The accumulation of soluble organic matter in their leaves was higher and the enzyme activities were higher.There was a significant positive correlation between all indexes and seed setting rate,and the correlation between photosynthetic rate and seed setting rate was the highest(0.938).The study provides a theoretical basis for further breeding and popularizing oil-used peony varieties.关键词
