ICP-MS法测定苞叶雪莲中重金属元素含量
Determination of heavy metals content in Saussurea obvallata by ICP-MS
摘要
Abstract
In order to establish an ICP-MS method for simultaneous determination of ten heavy metals contents,including Zn,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni,Cu,As,Cd,Ag and Pb,in Saussurea obvallata (DC.) Edgew,samples were digested by closed-vessel microwave.The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis.The ten heavy metals were directly analyzed by ICP-MS,with elements 6Li 、45 Sc 、72 Ge 、89Y 、115In 、159Tb 、209Bi as the internal standards.For all of the analyzed heavy metals,the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was in the range of 0.9992-0.9998,the limit of detection and recovery rate were in the range of 0.0041-4.6040 μg/L and 98.6％-110.5％.The method is convenient,rapid and accurate and can be applied to determine the ten heavy metals in Saussurea obvallata (DC.).关键词
