设施和露地栽培对金针菜产量和品质的影响
Effects of protected and open cultivations on yield and quality of daylily
摘要
Abstract
Both daylily's early variety'Sanyuehua'and middle-late variety'Dawuzui'were used as test materials,and the effects of light intensity and air temperature and humidity variations on daylily plant biological characters and flower bud yield and quality were comparatively analyzed under protected and open cultivations.The results showed that compared with the open cultivation,the protected cultivation significantly reduced the light intensity,with the mean light transmittance being 52.0％,but significantly improved the air temperature,and also made the flower-bud-appearing stage ahead of 15 days or earlier.The maximum daily temperature range under the protected cultivation was 23.4 ℃ and 11 ℃ higher than that under the open cultivation.The soluble sugar contents of both daylily varieties' flower buds under the protected cultivation were 45.718 mg/g and 61.796 mg/g,being respectively 22.17％ and 34.07％ higher than those under the open cultivation.The vitamin C contents were 3.625 mg/g and 3.845 mg/g,being respectively 28.14％ and 12.53％ higher than those under the open cultivation.The protected cultivation significantly improved the daylily quality and made both daylily varieties' yields slightly higher than the open cultivation though their differences were not significant.As a whole,the protected cultivation of daylily was suitable to be popularized in Jiangsu area.关键词
