摘要
Abstract
Group standards are the innovation mechanism in the process of standardization reform in China, and the outcome from the continuous improvement of industrial development in the market economy. The Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China (Revised Draft) incorporates group standards into the standardization system and gives them legal status. Therefore, this paper defines the subjects of the group standards and their features from the multi-dimensional point of view, and meanwhile proposes a few suggestions to better enhance the effectiveness of group standards in resource allocation.关键词
