标准制修订中的隐含规则及其应用
Hidden Rules and Their Application in the Process of Standards Development and Revision

Abstract
The clarified rules and the "hidden rules" obtained through logical reasoning are both needed in the process of technical standards development. This paper describes the hidden rules, analyzes and discusses some typical hidden rules related to electromagnetic compatibility testing standard and safety performance testing standard. Based on the analysis results, the conclusion is verified through the test conditions in harmonic current testing for refrigerator and freezer with the application of hidden rules and the revision of the test conditions in harmonic current testing for multiple function products with wireless power function.关键词
