专用改性剂改性ABS树脂的性能研究

Abstract
The resin of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) were modified by a special modifier,the mechanical properties of the modified ABS were investigated,moreover,the surface morphology and crystallization properties of the materials were studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and other testing methods.The results show that the mechanical properties of ABS can be improved significantly by adding special modifier.When the amount of special modifier is 0.8 phr,the comprehensive performance of the modified ABS is the best.The tensile strength and bending strength of the modified ABS improve obviously,and the notched strength is improved from 2.7 kJ/m2 up to 14.0 kJ/m2.The analysis of SEM shows that the phase interface of the modified ABS is blurred,the compatibility is better,and the bonding strength of interface is higher.关键词
