聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/石墨烯导热复合材料的制备及性能研究

Abstract
The polymethyl methacrylate/graphene (PMMA/GR) composites were obtained by ultrasonic physical dispersion and in-situ polymerization.Metallographic microscope was used to characterize the dispersion of GR in methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomers.And then the thermal conductivity,thermal stability and structures of the PMMA/GR composites were investigated by means of thermal conductivity tester,TG,DSC and FTIR.The results indicate that the prolonging of ultrasonic time enhances the dispersion of GR in MMA monomers,which is helpful to prepare well-dispersed PMMA/GR composites.The addition of GR significantly improves the thermal conductivity of PMMA,and the best filling amount (at low-filling condition) is 0.04%.The addition of GR and surfactant has little relation with the thermal stability of PMMA.In-situ polymerization of PMMA is realized on the surface of GR,the characteristic absorption peak intensity of PMMA decreases.These indicate that PMMA/GR composites at low-filling condition by in-situ polymerization can meet the needs of improved thermal conductivity materials.关键词
