改性氧化碳纳米管对环氧树脂基复合材料热膨胀系数的影响
Effect of Modified Carbon Nanotubes on Coefficient of Thermal Expansion of Epoxy Composites

Abstract
Oxided multi-walled carbon nanotubes (O-MWCNTs) and Fe3O4 modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Fe3O4/O-MWCNTs) were applied to the modification of epoxy resin (EP) and the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) value of the modified EP was studied.The results show that covalent bond was formed between the fillers and EP matrix,which strengthen the interfacial bonding between them.Glass transition temperatures (Tg) of O-MWCNTs and Fe3O4/O-MWCNTs modified EP were all improved.In comparison to neat EP,the CTE values of O-MWCNTs and Fe3O4/O-MWCNTs modified EP below the Tg range were decreased by 32.7% and 41.8%,respectively,but the CTE values of them were all higher than neat EP above the Tg range.关键词
