压疮处理效果评价指标的循证分析
Evidence-based analysis of evaluation indicators of treatment effect of pressure ulcer

Abstract
Objective:It analyzed the application of evaluation indicators of treatment effect of pressure ulcer at home and abroad in recent years,and provided references for the construction of evaluation indicators system of treatment effect of pressure ulcer.Methods:Using the method of evidence-based analysis to retrieve Chinese and English database,the abstracts were initially screened for inclusion and exclusion criteria,the evaluation indicators used in the literature,as well as evaluation criteria,measurement methods,evaluation tools or calculation formula of it were extracted,The classification and analysis of the evaluation indicators were also carried out.Results:Finally 500 articles were included,of which 461 Chinese literature,a total of 65 evaluation indicators were extracted,the application frequency ≥10 of the indicators were 15 items.Of which 39 English literature,a total of 56 evaluation indicators were extracted,the application frequency ≥5 of the indicators were 8 items.Evaluation indicators were divided into wound healing effect,patient experience,patient safety and economic effect of four categories,of which the wound healing effect of the evaluation indicators accounted for more than 65％ of the total indicators.The same index had two or more evaluation criteria,measurement methods,evaluation tools or calculation formula accounted for more than 10％ and these indicators were more often used.Conclusions:Clinical medical staff should use evaluation indicators of treatment effect of pressure ulcer normatively and expand evaluation range of treatment effect of pressure ulcer.关键词
