支持性心理干预对社区精神分裂症病人病耻感的影响
Influence of supportive psychological intervention on community schizophrenia patients with stigma

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of supportive psychological intervention on community schizophrenia patients with stigma.Methods:A total of 110 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and intervention group(n=55).Due to the change of the disease and recurrent hospitalization reasons,2 cases lost in intervention group,while 4 cases in control group.The control group used routine community nursing,while the intervention group added 8 weeks of supportive psychological intervention.The two groups of patients were evaluated by the Link stigma scale before and after intervention,after 2 months of follow-up.The mental symptoms of patients in two groups were evaluated by the positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS)after 1 year of follow-up.Results:In the intervention group,the score of Link stigma and 8 dimension scores after the intervention and 2 month of follow-up were significantly lower than before the intervention and concurrent control group(P＜0.01).After 1 years of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the intervention group was 16.98％,while the recurrence rate of the control group was 37.25％.There were statistically significant between the recurrence rates of two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of supportive psychological intervention could improve stigma of schizophrenic patients in community.关键词
