轻度认知功能障碍老年人认知功能与社会功能的相关性
Correlation between cognitive function and social function in elderly with mild cognitive impairment

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of cognitive function and social function in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment(MCI),and probe into their correlation.Methods:The cognitive function and social function of 65 MCI elderly were evaluated with the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),event-related potential P300 and Functional Activity Questionnaire(FAQ).Results:The MMSE scores of MCI elderly were(25.94 ± 1.89),the la tency of P300 were(411.25±31.43)ms,the amplitude were(13.99±3.16)μV,the total scores of FAQ were(6.98± 3.96).The total scores of FAQ was negatively correlated with the total scores of MMSE and the scores of each item,and the total scores of MMSE was negatively correlated with the total scores of FAQ and the scores of each item.Conclusions:The cognitive function and social function of the MCI elderly decreased in different de grees.In the future we should take positive measures to delay the decline of cognitive function and social function of the MCI elderly.关键词
