艾灸治疗糖尿病高危足有效性的系统评价
Effectiveness of moxibustion therapy for high-risk diabetic foot:a systematic review

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of moxibustion therapy for patients with high-risk diabetic foot,and to provide reference for its treatment and prevention.Methods: Randomized controlled trial (RCT) and semi-randomized controlled trials (CCT) articles on moxibustion therapy for patients with high-risk diabetic foot were searched in Cochrane Library,JBI,PubMed,EMbase,China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM),China Knowledge Network (CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (WanFang Data),Weipu Periodical Resource Integration Service Platform (VIP) from database construction to May 1,2016.Data were collected and extracted by two researchers according to the inclusion criteria,and the quality of the literatures was evaluated by reference to the quality evaluation criteria of the Cochrane Handbook.Meta-analysis was performed by using Review Manger 5.3 analysis software.Results: A total of 9 pieces of literatures were included in this study,in which 8 RCTs and 1 CCT,involving 875 patients.There was 7 Grade B quality of original research and papers 2 Grade C quality of original research papers.Meta-analysis showed that:moxibustion treatment could effectively improve lower extremity pain,abnormal nerve reflex,sensory dysfunction,and numbness symptoms caused by high-risk diabetic foot[MD=-1.69,95%CI(-2.36,-1.02),P<0.000 01];moxibustion could effectively improve the median motor nerve conduction velocity in patients with high-risk diabetic foot[MD=2.82,95%CI(1.55,4.09),P<0.000 1];moxibustion could effectively improve the ABI of patients with high-risk diabetic foot[MD=0.15,95%CI(0.04,0.27),P=0.008].Conclusions: Moxibustion could improve the NCV and blood circulation velocity of high-risk diabetic foot,and prevent the occurrence of diabetic foot ulcer.关键词
