组织承诺在护士工作满意度与留职意愿间的中介效应分析
Analysis of intermediary effect of organizational commitment in nurses'job satisfaction and retention intention

Abstract
Objective: To explore the intermediary effect of organizational commitment in nurses'job satisfaction and retention intention,and to provide a reference for improving nurses'retention.Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey.A total of 943 nurses were investigated by Organizational Commitment Scale,Job Satisfaction Scale and Retention Wish Scale.Results: There was a positive correlation between nurses'retention intntion and organizational commitment (r=0.445,P<0.01) and job satisfaction (r=0.365,P<0.01),between organizational commitment and job satisfaction(r=0.570,P<0.01).The organizational commitment played a partial mediation role between nurses'job satisfaction and retention.Conclusions:Organizational commitment played an intermediary effect in nurses'job satisfaction and retention intention.关键词
