摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct the self-management evaluation system of chronic wound patients,and to provide objective basis for clinical nursing intervention and health education.Methods:Delphi method was used to construct the self-management evaluation system of chronic wound patients.A total of 23 experts who met the selection criteria conducted the consultation questionnaires,and the results were analyzed.Results:There were 23 experts participating in consultion,and the self-management evaluation system of chronic wound patients was established including 5 primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators.Conclusions:The constructed self-management evaluation system of Chronic wound patients based on Delphi method was reliable.Consultant experts have high degree of authority,good coordination.关键词
