Abstract
Objective: To understand the status quo and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP) of clinical nurses safe blood transfusion standard,and to provide a reference for the training of clinical nursing managers.Methods:A total of 356 clinical nurses in a city were surveyed by self-made Clinical Nurses'Safe Blood Transfusion Standard Questionnaire.Results: The KAP score and standard score of safe blood transfusion standard among the 356 clinical nurses were (0.70±0.17)and 70.45;(4.33±0.42)and 86.55 points;(3.58±0.76)and 71.58,respectively.Professional title,department,whether self-learning was the influence factors of KAP of clinical nurses on safe blood transfusion standard(R2=0.110,F=3.238,P=0.000).Conclusions: The KAP-level of safe blood transfusion standard among clinical nurses still need to improve.The related blood transfusion training should be appropriate to increase.The professional study should be strengthened,so as to ensure the safety of blood transfusion among patients.关键词
