Construction of head nurses'training course system based on competency model

Abstract
Objective: Based on competency model,to construct the training course system for head nurses using Delphi method combined with the needs of head nurses.Method:Based on the head nurses'competency model and literature research,the head nurses'training course questionnaire was established and the head nurses were surveyed.According to the survey,the expert consultation form of the head nurses'training course was established and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted.Results: The established head nurses'training course system including 84-course names,content and training methods.Conclusions: The course training system for head nurses based on the competency model provided a scientific basis for the head nurses'training.关键词
