摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The characteristics of phenylalnine ammonia-lyase in Astragalus membranaceus (AmPAL) was analyzed.[Methods] Biological software was used to analyze biological information in this article.[Results] The resuits suggested that AmPAL had 5 ‘and 3’ UTR region,encoding a 78.05 kD and stable hydrophilic lipid soluble protein,AmPAL protein was mainly located in the extracellular matrix,it had no transmembrane motif.There were some post-translation modified sites in AmPAL.The 3D models of AmPAL protein were successfully constructed based on the template of Parsley,four polymers and six conserved domains were found in this protein.[Conclusion] These parameters provided guidance significance for a thorough understanding of AmPAL gene.
