生防菌PFMP-5对蔬菜根结线虫的毒杀效果及其鉴定
Toxic effect and identification of biocontrol potential bacterium PFMP-5 on root knot nematodes
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Biological agents had become a safe,rapid,and environmentally friendly approach to control rootknot nematodes.In order toget biocontrol bacteria with obvious antagonistic effects to root-knot nematodes,[Methods] our research adopted pour plate method and nematicidal bacterial fermentation method,got a bacterial strain PFMP-5 which had excellent preventing effects to root-knot nematodes in the end.[Results]Through morphological observation,physiological and biochemical test and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,strain PFMP-5 was identified to be Serratia nematodlphila.After 48 hours,the inhibition rate of root knot nematode was still above 45 %.[Conclusion]The strain PFMP-5 had a wide prospect for its significant inhibitory effect on root-knot nematodes.关键词
