稻田环境中嘧菌酯的消解动态
Degradation dynamics of azoxystrobin in rice field
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to evaluate the degradation dynamics and environmental safety of azoxystrobin used in rice field.[Methods]a gas chromatography-mass method was used for determining there residues in water,soil,rice,plant and rice hulls in rice field.And field study was performed to monitor azoxystrobin degradation in paddy water,soil and plant.[Results]The results showed that the linearity of azoxystrobin in three substrates between 0.05 ~5 mg· kg-1 were good,the average recovery of fortified were 75.96 ~ 114.73%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) were 2.3%~11.8%~;Two years(2014-2015) field study in Anhui,Beijing,Guangxi showed that dissipation dynamics of azoxystrobin residued in three substrates fitted the first~order kinetic equation,and dissipation half~life of three substrated in the water was 2.99~7.97 d,in the soil was 2.00~8.44 d,in the plant was 2.01~7.27 d.[Conclusion] Azoxystrobin was easily degradable.关键词
