摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the association between DRD2 gene Taq1 A polymorphism and Parkison's disease (PD) susceptibility. Methods The Web of Science,Pubmed,CNKI,Wangfang,Weipu data were searched to collect the published case-control trials up to December 31,2016.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the studies were screened, the data were extracted, and the methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated. Then Meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 12.0 software. Results A total of 10 studies were included, involving 2 738 cases and 3 300 controls. No significant association was found between DRD2 Taq 1A polymorphism and Parkison's disease in allele gene model, codominant gene model (A1A1 vs A2A2),codominant gene model (A1A1 vs A1A2),dominant gene model, allogene gene model and super-dominant gene model (P > 0.05) [allele gene model:OR =1.07,95% CI 0.98-1.16;codominant gene model(A1A1 vs A2A2):OR =1.08,95 % CI 0.89-1.31;codominant gene model(A1A1 vs A1 A2):OR =1.03,95% CI 0.85-1.24;dominant gene model:OR =1.06,95% CI 0.88-1.26;allogene gene model:OR =1.10,95 % CI 0.99-1.22;super-dominant gene model:OR =0.93,95 % CI 0.84-1.03].The further race subgroup analysis showed that there was significant correlation in white race in allogene gene model(OR =1.14,95 % CI 1.00-1.30,P < 0.05).Funnel plot had no publication bias. Conclusion DRD2 Taq1A polymorphism is not correlated with Parkison's disease,,but it has significant racial difference. There is significant correlation between the allogene gene model and Parkison's disease in white race.关键词
