摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the laparoscopic surgery combined with abdominal aortic dissection clinical efficacy and safety in patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods:Patients with endometrial cancer hospital for treatment of 90 cases,according to the treatment regimen were randomly divided into control group (n =45) and observation group (n=45).The control group was open surgery,laparoscopic surgery combined with the observation group-aortic lymph node dissection treatment,two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:The para-aortic lymph node dissection time,para-aortic lymph nodes,significantly more than the control group (P＜0.05);beside the observation group aortic lymph node dissection bleeding,and postoperative anal exhaust time hospital stay,significantly less than the control group (P＜0.05);the observation group after treatment physical function,role function,cognitive function,emotional function,social function,the overall score was higher (P＜0.05);the observation group surgery after the complication rate was 8.89％,significantly lower than the 22.22％ in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open surgery,endometrial cancer were treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with abdominal aortic dissection treatment results are satisfactory,high security,should be widely applied.关键词
