摘要

Abstract

Laying CWR is very difficult on such bridges of long span where they are located on steep slope and small radium curve with complex rail-beam interaction, additional force and large break joint when rail is broken, and the structure of CWR usually needs to be designed on the basis of structural strength and stability. To study CWR laying program on large span continuous rigid structure bridge, this paper takes Shengquan NO. 1 double line extra large bridge of newly building Gui-Guang railway as engineering background, and an integrative line-bridge-pier calculation model is built to analyze the longitudinal force of rail and bridge in different structure programs. The result shows that as for CWR on Shengquan NO. 1 double line extra large bridge, adopting small resistance fasteners, REJ and changing locked rail temperature couldn't meet the demand of strength, stability and breaking joint value, so"rail expansion joint and ballast glue" technical program is proposed.
