摘要

Abstract

In view of the fact that the construction quality of bored pile and mud concentration in drilling can not be monitored in real time, and based on the different lateral pressure of strain gauge arising from the mud concentration in drilling, the sediment thickness and the concrete, this paper puts forward a new type of instrument to realize the visual inspection of bored pile in each construction process from hole drilling to concrete filling, and provides an automatic equipment for control and inspection of slurry during the process of drilling, which fulfills auto-control of slurry making, slurry transporting, mud pump switching and mud concentration detecting. Research conclusions: (1) controlling the start and stop of the feeding pump accordingly while monitoring the height and concentration of slurry in real-time during the process of drilling; ( 2 ) detecting mud concentration and thickness of sediment in borehole of any layer and alarming when drilling perfusion is satisfied; ( 3 ) during the process of concrete pouring, controlling the number of catheter pulled, concrete volume and start or stop of pump based on automatic detection of drilling perfusion height;(4) detecting bore diameter, hole and position of civil air defense and controlling drill bit wear condition;(5) the results of this study can provide a visual method for the detection of bored pile.
