梅核气的变异与治疗初探

摘要
Abstract
Meiheqi is always caused by emotional stagnation and the inhibition of phlegm and qi. It manifests as resistance in the throat. However in clinical patients encounter with description of plugging site in the chest, rather than pharynx. This kind of "variation" is similar to that of traditional Meiheqi, generally caused by the emotional abnormalities. While its pathogenesis, incidence and treatment methods are different. The pathogenesis of "variation"Meiheqi is mainly qi stagnation, with the location in the center of the chest. The treatment is dominated by relieving the depressed liver qi, combined with clearing heat and activating blood circulation. In the treatment with acupuncture,"Danzhong"point was chosen as the main point, combined with other common acupoints to get more significant effect, with the case followed.关键词
