中医药治疗糖尿病足的研究进展
Research progress on treatment of diabetic foot by traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Diabetic foot (DF) is one of the most severe chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. It not only decreases the patient's quality of life but also brings huge financial and social burden. It is well known that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has great advantage in treating DF than western medicine. The TCM theory believes that the congenital deficiency, irregular diet, internal injury of emotion, unbalanced working and resting, tumble injury lead to the occurrence of DF. The pathogenesis relates to deficiency of qi and yin, stagnation of qi and blood stasis, choroids blood stasis, dampness-heat toxicity, yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and so on. The internal therapies focus on syndrome differentiation and treatment, classical and special prescription, and single medicine. The external therapies include acupoint sticking therapy,debridement therapy, steaming and washing therapy, moxibustion and acupuncture therapy, etc. All of these therapies receive satisfactory effects.关键词
