FTIR Fingerprint Profiles of Ginkgo Leaves and the Extracts from Different Producing Areas
摘要
Abstract
To establish fingerprint profiles of Ginkgo leaves and the extracts from different origins,FTIR profiles on Ginkgo leaves,the crude extracts and the purified extracts from 4 different producing areas were measured and the feature of FTIR profiles was analyzed respectively in this study.The results showed that the differences of FTIR fingerprints of the leaves and the extracts from 4 different producing areas were mainly existing in the wave number ranges of 1800-500 cm-1;and the differences of FTIR profiles on peak profile,peak height and peak position had precisely presented the different substance characters of Ginkgo leaves and the extracts from different producing areas.These information in FTIR profiles seemed like the fingerprints of mankind can pointed out Ginkgo leaves and the extracts from different producing areas.This identification method based on FTIR profiles was of these advantages of strong distinction,convenient operation and good reproducibility,and also was fit to the whole information analysis and quality control.Thus,the FTIR fingerprint profiles would supply a convenient,immediate and microscale test way of quality on Ginkgo leaves and the extracts from different origins.关键词
