摘要

Abstract

In this study,the content of benzyl glucosinolate (BG) in water fraction of papaya seeds was used as the dose index to study the immune function regulation of water fraction on mice.According to the requirements of immunization-health food inspection and evaluation technology,the effects of cellular immunity,humoral immunity,non-specific immunity,NK cell activity and immune organ index water fraction of papaya seeds onmice were investigated.The results showed thathigh and middle doses of water fraction of papaya seeds can significantly increase the thymus index of mice,promote the production of serum hemolysin and enhance phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages,but have less impact on the ability of lymphocyte proliferation and NK cell activity.It indicated that water fraction of papaya seeds can enhance immune function of the body,which could be a reference for the further development of papaya seeds.
