Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab on the VEGF,IGF-1 and GLU levels in prematurity with retinopathy.Methods:Eighty cases of infants(160 eyes) with retinopathy of prematurity from March 2015 to 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object,all of them were randomly divided into control group(40 cases,80 eyes) and observation group (40 cases,80 eyes),the control group received laser photocoagulation,the observation group was given intravitreal injection of Ranibizumab.After 1 month of treatment,the curative effect,fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA),levels of VEGF,IGF-1 and GLU,complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group (90.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.3 %),P<0.05.Compared with the before treatment,the IGF-1 had increased while the level of VEGF and GLU had decreased after treatment in both groups,the IGF-1 level was higher and the VEGF,GLU levels were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The FFA examination showed that the retinal neovascularization subsided rate and improvement rate of retinal vascular tortuosity in observation group were higher than control group,while the retinal fibers hyperplasia rate (0) was lower in observation group (11.3%),P < 0.05.The complications rate of the observation group(2.5 %) was significantly lower than that of control group(13.8 %),P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of intravitreal injection of Ranibizumab treatment for patients with retinopathy of prematurity is significantly effective,it can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms and fundus fluorescein angiography,increase the IGF-1 level and decrease the level of VEGF and GLU.关键词
