摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of Shiwei ruxiangsan in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:The RA rat model induced by type Ⅱ collagen were established.The ankle joint diameter,weight of rats and the ELISA method for determination of interleukin 17 (IL-17) expression were measured before and after treatment.Results:The Shiwei ruxiangsan could reduce the levels of IL-17,single does of Shiwei ruxiangsan could reduce the content of IL-17,the effect of the double does was more obvious.Conclusion:Shiwei ruxiangsan can effectively relieve RA rats swelling degree of ankle joint.IL-17 levels associated with the severity of the inflammation,may be the mechamism of action of Shiwei ruxiangsan.关键词
