摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the level of leptin in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis,and analyze the correlation of them.Methods:Thirty cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis were collected as Hashimoto's thyroiditis group,and 30 cases of healthy were selected as control group.The leptin,thyroid function and peroxidase antibody levels were detected,and the correlation of them were analyzed.Results:the Hashimoto's thyroiditis group and control group leptin levels were (18.4±4.8) ng/ml and (12.3±3.7) ng/ml,there were statistical difference between two groups (P ＜0.05);leptin has positive correlation with TSH and TPOab,leptin has negative correlation with FT3 and FT4.Conclusion:The high expression of leptin in Hashimoto's thyroiditis may be for leptin participate in hashimoto's thyroiditis associated immune response.Leptin was positively related with TPOab,probably leptin can promote Th1 immune response.关键词
