Abstract
Objective:To investigate the imaging features and pathologic of bone hemangioma,and improve the awareness about bone hemangioma imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods:The imaging data of 12 bone hemangioma with definte pathological diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively,imaging findings and pathological analysis of its features were compared.Results:Twelve cases,four cases of skull attack,showed spicules shadow of radially distributed around the lesion,or was like the sun rays.Six cases of spinal attack,the performance of fence-like,mesh-like changes in bone destruction.Two cases of long bones (femur and tibia 1 case),showed multiple cystic bone destruction soap bubble,wall sclerosis,cyst formation of bone crest.CT showed a clear boundary expansion of bone destruction,which seen the radial bone crest or soap bubble-like bony interval.MRI showed long T1WI,T2WI high signal,seen palisade,soap bubble or radial low signal interval.Conclusion:Bone hemangioma in different parts have different imaging characteristics,which mainly related to its pathological type.X-ray characteristics of the bone hemangioma diagnosis has important value,combined with CT or MRI can increase the accuracy of diagnosis,with guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
