奥硝唑抗蠕形螨治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮
Anti-mites effect of ornidazole in the treatment of papulopustular rosacea
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of papulopustular rosacea with metronidazole and ornidazole,to find a better way to treat papulopustular rosacea by anti-mites.Methods:A total of 311 outpatients with papulopustular rosacea from January 2015 to March 2016 were divided into two groups,metronidazole group (n =155) and ornidazole group (n =156),metronidazole group were treated with metronidazole and another with ornidazole totally 14 days,then followed up them for 14 days.The therapeutic effect of the two drugs,the negative rates,cure rates,total effective rates and recurrence rates were compared.Results:The negative rate of metronidazole group(72％) was lower than that of ornidazole group(83％) (P＜0.05),the cure rate of metronidazole group(63％) was significantly lower than that of ornidazole group(78％)(P＜0.05),and the effective rate of metronidazole group (81 ％) also was lower than that of ornidazole group (90 ％) (P ＜ 0.05),but recurrence rate of metronidazole group (10 ％) and ornidazole group (7 ％) had no statistical differences (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Metronidazole and ornidazole had obvious therapeutic effect to treat papulopustular rosacea,and metronidazole was better than ornidazole in anti-mites.关键词
