IMB干预模式在膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注化疗患者中的护理研究
IMB intervention model in patients with chemotherapeutic drug perfusion after bladder tumor operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of information-motivation-behavioral skills model(IMB) nursing intervention for bladder perfusion patients with bladder tumor after operation.Methods:Ninety-eight cases of bladder perfusion patients with bladder tumor were divided into intervention group (n =53) and control group (n =45),the control group was adopted normal nursing treatment,and the IMB nursing intervention was adopted by intervention group based on routine nursing,nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:After IMB nursing intervention,the bladder perfusion dependence,perfusion complications incidence rate,recurrence rate and life quality of intervention group were better than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:IMB nursing intervention can increase the dependence of bladder perfusion after bladder tumor operation,simultaneously reduce complications and improve the quality of life.关键词
