地肤子乙醇提取物对自由基清除能力的对比研究
Study on comparison of free radical scavenging activities in the ethanol Kochia scoparia extract

Abstract
Free radicals-induce oxidized injury should be studied contrapuntally due to the differences of radicals species and contents.We previously found Kochia scoparia extracts showed good anti-oxidant activity and ethanol extracts showed higher capacity than water extracts.In this paper,free radical scavenging activities (DPPH · and ABTS+ · and hydroxyl radical) of different concentrations (40％,50 ％,60 ％) of ethanol extracts from Kochia scoparia were compared,and the total saponins were also considered.We found that different ethanol extracts showed differences between free radicals scavenging capacity,and each extracts exerted greatly different scavenging effect on these radicals.As ethanol concentration increased,DPPH · scavenging activities increased while hydroxyl radicals scavenging activities decreased.The total saponins content of 60％ ethanol extracts is 3 times higher than that of 40％ ethanol extracts,but the hydroxyl radicals scavenging activities are lower by 30 ％.The 60％ ethanol extracts showed the highest content of total saponins but exerted lowest scavenging capacity.These conclusions may provide more evidence for antioxidants selection and Kochia scoparia development.关键词
