The expression of has-miR-127-3p in cervical cancer and it's effect on the migration and invasion of Hela and Siha cells

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression level of hsa-miR-127-3p(miR-127)in cervical cancer and it''s relevance to the clinical pathology features of cervical cancer,besides,to detect the effect of miR-127 on the migration and invasion of Hela and Siha cells.Methods:The miR-127 expression was detected by real-time PCR in 50 cases of cervical cancer tissues and paired normal tissues.After the cell 1ines were transfected with miR-127 mimics and miR-127 mimics negative control.The Wound-healing assay was used to observe the cell migration,the transwell assay was used to determine cell invasion.Results:The expression of miR-127 in cervical cancer tissues was lower than that in the paired normal tissues (P<0.05).The expression of miR-127 in patients with lymph-vascular space invasion was lower than that with no lymph-vascular space invasion (P=0.048),but there was no correlation with age,FIGO stage,pathology type,degree of differentiation,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis.Overexpression of miR-127 inhibits migration and invasion in Hela and Siha cells.Conclusion:miR-127 is low-expressed in cervical cancer and inhibits the migration and invasion in cervical cancer cell lines.miR-127 might be associated with the genesis and development of cervical cancer.关键词
