摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the generality of the initiating device tester and the automation of the measurement,a test scheme based on a four-line small resistance measurement method is presented.The measure channels can be configured through the switch.The voltage (mV) is amplified,A/D translated and processed in MCU.The small value of resistance is displayed,stored and transmitted.This test scheme greatly improves the automation and precision of the tester.
