Abstract
Work Instructions (WI) are basicelements of environmental monitoring laboratory. They determinewhether the Labs can normally, orderly and accurately carry on the environmental monitoring works. The writing and management level reflects the quality management level of the laboratory. To do a good job of writing and managing work instruction, it is necessary to grasp the good time to write, unify format, define content,and regulate authorization, controlled release, validity check, revision, changing edition, and cancelation, etc. In view of the present environmental monitoring laboratory, the common writing and managing problems can be improved by strengtheningpersonnel training, implementation of electronic file management, and setting up a file validity checking system.关键词
