摘要

Abstract

The article introduces the characters and application field of virtual instrument based on PXI.It also analyzes the requirements of auto test system(ATS) for measurement radar transmitter and the satisfaction degree of ATS based on PXI to radar transmitter auto test.Based on the concept of virtual instrument,the design method of the ATS of measurement radar transmitter is put forward,and the software calculation method of index which can not be measured directly is introduced.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the use effect and significance of the ATS.
