甘肃地区奶牛肠道寄生虫感染情况调查
Investigation of intestinal parasite infections in dairy cattle in Gansu province

Abstract
To reveal the epidemiological trait of the intestinal parasite infection in dairy cattle in Gansu province,a total of 2276 fecal samples were collected from 12 areas of Gansu province,and the samples were disposed using centrifugal sedimentation,Lugo's iodine staining and saturated sucrose solution floating followed by optical microscopy detection.Seven species of intestinal parasites were detected with the overall infection rate 37.4 ％ (851/2276).The predominant parasite was amoeba with the infection rate 23.6％ (537/2276),and the infection rates of coccidian,Cryptosporidium spp.,Giardia duodenalis,Strongylid spp.,whipworm and tapeworm were 14.5％ (329/2276),1.8％ (42/2276),0.1％ (2/2276),1.8％ (42/2276),0.8％ (18/2276) and 0.2％ (4/2276),respectively.The result showed that the infection rate of intestinal parasites in dairy cattle decreased with age,and the infection rate in diarrheal pre-weaned calves was higher than in non-diarrheal ones.The investigation also showed that dairy cattle in this area could be infected with protozoan parasites Cryptosporidium spp.and Giardia duodenalis.It suggests that more work should be done to strengthen the prophylaxis and treatment of intestinal parasite diseases in dairy cattle in these areas.关键词
