泡沫硬化剂联合外科手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the necessity,feasibility and effects of traditional surgery combined with foam sclerosing agent in the treatment of varicose vein of lower limb (VVLL).Methods A total of 636 patients with C2-C6 VVLL were randomly divided into group A (traditional surgery) and group B (traditional surgery+foam sclerosing agent).The effects,complications and other indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The post-operative clinical classification in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the operation (P ＜ 0.01);the post-operative recurrence rate,residual rate,saphenous nerve injury rate and the incidence of pulmonary embolism decreased;there was no difference in the recurrence rate,residual rate and the incidence of pulmonary embolism between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The operation time,length of stay (LOS) and cure time in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A (P ＜ 0.01),and the incidences of limb swelling,subcutaneous ecchymosis and hematoma were lower than those in group A (P ＜ 0.01);the incidences of post-operative thrombotic phlebitis and venous thrombosis between the two group had no significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Traditional surgery+foam sclerosing agent is quite effective in the treatment of VVLL and the complications are minor,thus this therapy is better than simple traditional surgery.关键词
