Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of interlocking intramedullary nail combined with fracture contusion capsule in the treatment of open tibial fracture.Methods A total of 64 patients with open tibial fracture were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group (n=32,respectively) according to the odd-even admission dates.The control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail and the observation group with interlocking intramedullary nail combined with fracture contusion capsule.The HSS scores one month before and after the operation in the two groups and complications during the one-month follow-up visit were recorded to evaluate the effects of interlocking intramedullary nail combined with fracture contusion capsule in the treatment of open tibial fracture.Results The pre-operative HSS scores between the two groups showed no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).One month after the operation,the HSS scores in the two groups increased.The pain,function and muscle strength scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The range of motion,flexion deformity and joint stability scores between the two groups showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).During the one-month follow-up visit,the overall incidence of complications between the two groups had no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05);the observation group had no delayed healing,while the control group had three cases of delayed fracture healing.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail combined with fracture contusion capsule has good effects in the treatment of open tibial fracture,can alleviate postoperative pain,improve the strength of the muscle around the tibia,promote fracture healing,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
