Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of vitreous ablation and vitrectomy in the treatment of spotted vision.Methods A total of 229 patients with spotted vision to receive treatment in our department,including 322 affected eyes,were enrolled and divided into group A (153 eyes) and group B (169 eyes) according to different therapies.Group A was treated with YAG vitreous ablation and group B with 27G vitrectomy.One month after the operation,the improvement of condition in the two groups was investigated through a questionnaire survey.Results The operation time and vitreous opacity clearance time in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B (P ＜ 0.05);nine cases in group A received another vitreous ablation one week after the operation due to poor effects,while three were no such cases in group B.No post-operative complications occurred in the two groups.The overall response rate (ORR) in group A was 95.42％,and that in group B was 96.45％,showing no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion 27G vitrectomy has excellent effects in the treatment of spotted vision and causes no complications and requires no reoperation,thus it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
