Abstract
Objective To evaluate the relevant physicochemical properties,degradation,release and antibacterial activity of the poly lactic acid (PLA)-chitosan (CS)/ciprofloxacin(CIP) electrospun fiber membrane prepared by co-electrospinning and lay foundation for further research on dru-loading slow-release GTR/GBR membrane.Methods PLA-CS/CIP electrospun fiber membrane was prepared by c-electrospinning.The surface morphology and fiber coaxial structure of fibrous membrane were observed and fiber diameter,mechanical properties and CIP release rate were measured.The antibacterial activity was measured after bacterial culture.Results The coaxial PLA-CS/CIP electrospun fiber membrane prepared had uniform diameter,smooth fiber and random direction,without beading;,the diameter was (794±73)nm,significantly greater than that of blending PLA-CS/CIP electrospun fiber membrane and PLA-CS electrospun fiber membrane(P < 0.05).The CIP contained in the membrane could be continuously released for 10 days.The antibacterial activity was excellent.Conclusion The PLA-CS/CIP electrospun fiber membrane prepared by co-electrospinning has excellent physical and chemical property and good slow-release and antimicrobial effects,and has further application prospects to new GTR/GBR membrane.关键词
