Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGB).Methods A total of 89 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with UGB were selected and randomlv divided into a control group(n=45) and an observation group (n=44).On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was additionally treated with omeprazole and the observation group with omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase. The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),epidermal growth factor (EGF),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) before and after the treatment and bleeding during treatment, ulcer healing and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results After three-day treatment, the EGF,VEGF,TNF-α and SOD in the two groups were greatly improved (P < 0.05),and the VEGF,EGF and SOD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and TNF-α was much lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05);the mean hemostatic time in the observation group was much shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05),and the total healing rate of lesions in the observation group (93.2%) was much higher than that in the control group (82.2%)(P < 0.05);during the treatment, there was no difference between the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (18.2%) and that in the control group (15.6%) (P > 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with UGB,omeprazole combined with hemocoagulase can better improve the serum cytokine balance of patients, promote the healing of lesions, and has better hemostatic effects than the treatment only with omeprazole.关键词
