连续太赫兹波合成孔径数字全息成像方法
Digital holography of continuous terahertz wave synthetic aperture
摘要
Abstract
Terahertz digital holography is a new phase contrast imaging combining the advantages of terahertz imaging and digital holography. It only requires low coherence light source and a simple optical structure, and can access to quantitative real time complex amplitude of light wave. There are many factors influencing the resolution of digital holography. One of the main factors is the size of the target surface of the detector. Therefore, synthetic aperture method is proposed to enlarge the target size of the detector and improve the imaging resolution of terahertz digital holography. A continuous-wave terahertz digital holography device is built to obtain high quality and high resolution amplitude and phase contrast images. The experimental results show that the synthetic aperture method can improve the resolution of terahertz digital holographic imaging.关键词
