A 220GHz terahertz Synthetic Aperture Radar
摘要
Abstract
A 220GHz terahertz(THz) Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) is introduced focusing on the radar system design, wideband signal compensation and SAR imaging experiments. The radar signal is based on Linear Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave(LFMCW) mode with a center frequency of 216GHz and a bandwidth of 4.8GHz; and the de-chirping processing method is adopted in the radar system. The one-dimensional wideband range imaging and SAR imaging experiments are conducted. The experimental results show that the radar imaging resolution is 3cm.关键词
