摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of medical device allocation in Liaoning province. Methods Fifteen categories of medical devices from 585 hospitals in Liaoning province were surveyed with designed questionnaire. Allocation level, composition, comparison of domestic and imported devices on allocation, price and yearly changes of medical devices from three levels of hospitals in rural and urban areas were calculated. Results On average, 12.0, 69.7 and 199.5 devices per hospital were separately allocated in primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals in Liaoning. The amount of devices in urban hospitals (75.9) was significantly higher than the rural (24.2). The imported-domestic devices ratio varied among different categories. The three highest ratio were dialysis apparatus (26.3), endoscope apparatus (2.4), and oral device (1.7). The three lowest were obstetrics and gynecology equipment (0.0), traditional Chinese medicine equipment (0.0) and medical software (0.1). The ratio of tertiary hospitals (1.0) was the highest, followed by the secondary (0.6) and the primary (0.2). The ratio of rural hospitals (0.8) was higher than the urban (0.4). The average price of imported devices was 7 times of the domestic. Conclusion More resource should be invested into the basic level hospitals and the dominance ratio of domestic medical device should be maintained. In addition, the performance of the domestic medical device should be continuously improved to ensure medical device configuration achieve the best in all levels of hospitals.关键词
