辽宁省城乡各级医院国产CT配置现状分析
Investigation of the Current Situation of Domestic CT Among Different Levels of Hospitals in Liaoning Rural and Urban Areas

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of CT allocation in Liaoning province. Methods CTs from 585 hospitals in Liaoning province were surveyed with designed questionnaire. Allocation level, composition, comparison of domestic and imported devices on allocation, price and yearly changes of medical devices from three levels of hospitals in rural and urban areas were calculated. Results On average, 0.08, 0.94 and 1.93 CT per hospital were separately allocated in primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals in Liaoning. The amount of CT in urban hospitals (0.57 per hospital) was more than the rural (0.30 per hospital). 16-layer CT with the highest amount accounted for 32.5%for all CTs. 8-layer and lower-level CTs separately accounted higher in rural area (31.5%) and in primary hospitals (58.8%). The market share of imported brands (89.6%) was 8.6 times of the domestic brands (10.4%), but the gap was narrowing trend. The average price of the imported brands was 2.2 times of the domestic. The ratio of imported-domestic price of the main categories of CTs varies from 1.3~1.4 after 2010. Conclusion The level and composition of CT allocation in urban and rural areas and in different level hospitals varied significantly. Domestic CT should continue seizing the huge market space in rural areas and primary hospitals. Meanwhile, the R&D investment should be strengthened and the product mix should be optimized.关键词
