辽宁省城乡各级医院X线诊断设备配置现状调查
Investigation of the Equipping Actuality of X-ray Diagnostic Equipment Among Different Levels of Hospitals in Liaoning Rural and Urban Areas

Abstract
Objective Investigate and analyze the configuration level and distribution characteristics of X-ray diagnostic equipment in Liaoning Province. Methods X-ray diagnostic equipments from 585 hospitals in Liaoning province were surveyed with designed questionnaire. Allocation level, composition, comparison of domestic and imported devices on allocation, price and yearly changes of medical devices from three levels of hospitals in rural and urban areas were calculated. Results On average, 0.9, 2.2 and 6.0X-ray diagnostic equipment hospital were respectively allocated in primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals in Liaoning. The amount of X-ray diagnostic equipment in urban hospitals (2.0) was more than the rural (1.3). Normal X-ray occupied the highest propotion in primary hospitals (67.7%); Secondary and tertiary hospitals were mainly DR (37.7%, 48.8%). The domestic rate of normal X-ray, CR, DR and DSA domestic was separately 84.8%, 22.2%, 21.2% and 5.5%. The price of imported equipment was about 2 times of the domestic. Conclusion The level and composition of X-ray diagnostic equipment allocation in urban and rural areas and in different level hospitals varied significantly. Domestic enterprises should continue strengthening R&D investment, optimizing the product mix and perfect service, while the government should encourage hospitals to purchase domestic brands.关键词
