Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for the further application of Meta analyze, the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) and conventional dressing change method that used in the treatment of skin and soft tissue defects and complex wounds was analyzed by the means of Meta analyze. Methods The related of randomized controlled studies and clinical trials that were published in the last 10 years were obtained from the databases of PubMed, CNKI and Wanfang. Then the literatures that met the requirements were selected for the study. Finally, we used RevMan 5.1 to analyze those literatures. Results Compared with the traditional dressing, the hospital treated time, total efficiency, frequency of dressing change and wound healing time that treated by products A were more optimized based on a comprehensive analysis of literatures by Meta. Combining with the medical history of patients, we found that the usage of medicine amount was difficult to grasp, because it was depended on the doctor's own judgment. Conclusion The application of VSD brought many advantages for the clinical treatment of various types of wound. The usage of medicine amount in a hospital was under indications, but we were unable to determine whether the usage amount was excessive or not according to the medical history of patients temporarily.关键词
